To fill out

Delivery date#

Specify the delivery date for the order. A delivery date can only be selected when the order type and the recipient have been identified.

For Nabis-fulfilled orders, this will be the date your order is received by the recipient. For dropoff or pickups involving your staff, this will be the date your staff should arrive to receive or drop off inventory.

Certain delivery dates may be unavailable due to the following considerations.

  • The warehouse might be at operational capacity.
  • The order is not within a 2-3 day lead time, or additional lead time necessitated by retailer policies.
  • The order does not match a retailer's preferred delivery days.
  • Delivery is unavailable to the destination ZIP code.
  • It is a weekend or an observed holiday.

For more information, see delivery dates.

We recommend placing an order with a delivery date only when all contents of the order are finalized and ready to submit. If you anticipate needing to adjust the order in the future, you can save the order as a draft or hold inventory by submitting it as a reservation order.

Reservation orders#

You can place a reservation order to have Nabis hold the inventory without fulfilling the order. This ensures the requested inventory is available when you are ready to place the order. Standard cutoff times apply.

Retailer information card#

A retailer information card will display if the selected account/recipient is a retailer. This card displays additional real-time details about the account.

  • Balance: How much the retailer currently has in outstanding AR.
  • Pending orders: The number of orders scheduled across all brands to the location.
  • Upcoming visit: The next scheduled delivery to the retail location.
  • Nabis notes: any notes populated regarding the account by Nabis.
  • Brand notes: any notes populated by your brand on the Accounts tab.
  • Preferred delivery hours: retailer-communicated preferred delivery windows.
