You can add team members to your organization by inviting them in the Nabis portal.

Invite a user#

To invite a user to your organization, complete the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the Users tab under Permissions.
  2. Click Invite user.
  3. Enter the user's email address and select an applicable role as necessary.

If this is the user's first invite to the Nabis platform, they will receive an email invitation to create a Nabis account. If the user already has a Nabis account, they will automatically be added to the organization.

Manage a user's roles#

You can change a user's assigned roles and permissions by completing the following steps:

  1. Click on the More options icon next to the user's name, and click Update user.
  2. Adjust the user's Assigned roles by selecting options in the select box.

If you need to manage your existing roles or create additional ones, you can do so in the Roles tab under Permissions. For more information, see Manage roles.

Remove a user#

To remove a user, click the More options icon next to the user's name, and then Remove user from organization.

If you reinvite the user to your organization, their user ID from prior activity will be retained.
