Delivery date options and territory maps

Brands and retailers may choose from specific delivery dates when placing an order on the Nabis portal. While Nabis operates almost every day of the year, we do not deliver to every location every day.

Specific dates may be unavailable due to the following reasons:

• The warehouse may be at operational capacity.
• The order is not within a 2-3 day lead time, or additional time necessitated if a retailer has bespoke policies.
• Nabis does not serve the territory on that particular weekday, or delivery is unavailable to the destination's ZIP code.
• The order does not match a retailer's preferred delivery day.
• It is a weekend or an observed holiday.

Preferred delivery days#

Retailers can specify preferred delivery days to consolidate their deliveries. For applicable locations, a delivery date will only be available if it falls on a day when Nabis services the retailer's territory and matches one of the retailer's preferred delivery days.

Holidays#

Nabis observes the following holidays. All operations, including deliveries, are suspended during these dates.

Inclement weather#

Inclement weather or other force majeure events (e.g. snowstorms, hurricanes, or other conditions that pose safety concerns for our driver staff) may require us to reschedule your order or to impose caps on future delivery dates to offset delays.
